Warranty: We provide a 3 year warranty for the machine. Within the warranty period, if some partare broken or damaged due to manufacturing defect, we will send you new a part free cost to replace.
Software training: We will send a 32G usb flash disk with the machine, in which we put some machine training videos. Our engineer will do training through e-mail, Skype, WhatsApp or phone. And we will also do training through remote assistance, like TeamViewer and Anydesk.In addition I can personally assist in initial set up onsite for an additional agreed upon fee. Usually only three days needed if all electrical is already in place and proper fuses,whips etc in tact.
